MVM Convenient Care Program

We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our Island community. This includes both our primary care patients and residents or visitors who are not a patient of one of our providers. Our membership fee structure is designed to provide affordable, high-quality care while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. Urgent care and tick-related services are available.

In order to make a same-day appointment, you must be a member of our MVM Convenient Care Program.  We offer daily, weekly, monthly, summer, and annual memberships for full-time Island residents.

Membership

Our membership fees are designed to be affordable while ensuring the sustainability and quality of care provided. Our current fee schedule is as follows:

• Daily Membership*: $150 

• Weekly Membership*: $250 

• Monthly Membership*: $500 

• Summer Membership*: $1,000 (June 1 - September 30)

• Annual: $600 (Full-time Island residents only)

  * Full-time Island residents receive a 30% discount on all fees other than annual.

Rationale

We have implemented membership fees to ensure the sustainability of our convenient care offerings. These fees support the following:

• Quality of Care: The revenue generated from memberships allows us to maintain high standards of care, invest in modern medical equipment, and attract skilled healthcare professionals.

• Operational Efficiency: Membership fees help cover operational costs, ensuring that our facility remains open and functional.

We accept most insurance plans from the following providers:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Harvard Pilgrim/Tufts (Point 32)

• MGB Health Plan

• Medicare

• MA Medicaid/ Mass Health/ Wellsense

• Tricare

• Unicare/GIC

Self-Pay Option: If you are uninsured or prefer to pay directly:

• Cash Pay Rate – $250 per visit*
  *Excludes tests, labs, and vaccines. Includes Daily Membership.
