MVM Walk-In Program
We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our Island community. This includes both our primary care patients and residents or visitors who are not a patient of one of our providers. Our membership fee structure is designed to provide affordable, high-quality care while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. Urgent care and tick-related services are available.
In order to make a walk-in appointment, you must be a member of our MVM Walk-In Program. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, summer, and annual memberships.
Membership
Our membership fees are designed to be affordable while ensuring the sustainability and quality of care provided. Our current fee schedule is as follows:
Daily Membership*: $150
Weekly Membership*: $250
Monthly Membership*: $500
Summer Membership*: $1,000 (June 1 - September 30)
Annual: $600 (Full-time Island residents only)
* Full-time Island residents receive a 30% discount on all fees other than annual.
Rationale
We have implemented membership fees to ensure the sustainability of our walk-in services. These fees support the following:
Quality of Care: The revenue generated from memberships allows us to maintain high standards of care, invest in modern medical equipment, and attract skilled healthcare professionals.
Operational Efficiency: Membership fees help cover operational costs, ensuring that our facility remains open and functional.

Self-Pay Option: If you are uninsured or prefer to pay directly:
Member Flat Rate – $250 per visit*
*Excludes tests, labs, and vaccines. Membership required.
