Yogi Jay’s 12 Ingredient Salad

When you meet YogiJay aka Jason Mazar-Kelly, with his flowing red hair, bounding gait and toothy grin, you are immediately drawn into his warmth and wide open personality. You can find him on the mat, teaching yoga classes across the Island, including the Yoga Barn, Slough Farm and at Island Autism. He specializes in Kripalu Yoga with an emphasis on breathing, mindfulness and meditation. And he brings his bent for mindfulness to help our patients suffering long Lyme or alpha-gal syndrome. We know that no single provider has all the answers. Yogi Jay is a part of our small team of clinicians and integrative providers who collaborate to ensure that your care is connected, not fragmented. But 12 ingredients in a salad? What is he, a wizard?? We don’t always get 12 ingredients in there, but it’s certainly something to strive for.
