What is the MVM Convenient Care Program?

We are a primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our Island community. We understand that you may have a primary care provider elsewhere but need medical attention while you are on Island. Because there are no urgent care clinics on Martha’s Vineyard, we created the Convenient Care Program - as an addition to our primary care practice - so that you can get the help you need when you need it.

We have implemented Convenient Care Fees for our non-primary care patients only. These fees support:

  • Quality of Care: The revenue generated from these fees allows us to maintain high standards of care, invest in modern medical equipment, and attract skilled healthcare professionals.

  • Operational Sustainability: These fees help cover operational costs, ensuring that our facility remains open and functional.

In order to make a Convenient Care appointment you will be charged a Convenient Care Fee.

What are your Convenient Care Fees?

  • Weekly: $150

  • Monthly: $350

  • Summer: $500 (July 1 - September 30)

  • Full-time Island residents*: $50 per visit (May 1 - October 31)

    * Your driver’s license has an Island address
